Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects across multiple product lines, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to define project scope, manage dependencies, and resolve risks or blockers. Daily tasks include tracking project progress, organizing status meetings, maintaining documentation, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role also involves aligning logistics, expediting critical tasks, and coordinating inspections or quality checks to keep projects on track and deliver effective solutions to customers.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to handle Expediting and work as an Expeditor to accelerate critical tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience with Inspection processes and quality assurance in technology or operations-focused projects.
• Skills in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment; prior experience in tech or SaaS is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
