We're looking for a warm, professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our parents, students, and visitors, and to keep our front office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously — in person and over the phone Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take and relay messages accurately Respond to walk-in and telephone enquiries about the school, admissions, timings, and events Manage the front-desk email inbox and general correspondence; reply or forward promptly Support the admissions team with enquiry follow-ups, form issuance, and appointment scheduling Maintain organised records and registers (visitor logs, enquiry data, courier/dispatch) Register visitors, issue passes, and follow the school's security and safeguarding procedures Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well-presented at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum graduate (any discipline) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front desk, reception, front office, or administrative role Prior experience in an ICSE/CBSE school or educational institution is a strong plus Excellent command of English, both oral and written Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and email Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset
