Sales Representative — Pivot Roofing Scottsdale / Phoenix Metro, Arizona We are hiring driven, coachable sales representatives. This is a sales-only role , not a project management position. You will meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, document findings, present options, follow up, and help customers make a confident decision about their roof. Prior sales experience is required. Roofing experience is not. Compensation based on experience and performance. Candidates from real estate, solar, insurance, automotive, home services, pest control, HVAC, or other customer-facing sales roles are encouraged to apply. What you’ll do Meet homeowners for scheduled roof inspections Safely climb ladders and get on roofs Take photos and videos and document findings in our CRM Explain issues and present options Follow up consistently and close contracts Communicate clearly with the Pivot team What we’re looking for Proven sales experience Strong communication and follow-up habits Comfortable on a ladder and on a roof in Arizona heat Coachable, organized, and professional Self-motivated and comfortable working independently About us Pivot Roofing is a family-owned Scottsdale company serving the Phoenix metro.
