Make It Your Own.The Tap Brewery is looking for an experienced Head Brewer to take the lead of our brewing operation in Bloomington, Indiana.We're a small, hands-on brewery producing a wide variety of beers for The Tap and other Finney Hospitality Group locations. That means our Head Brewer isn't several layers removed from the beerthey're right in the middle of it.You'll have the opportunity to develop recipes, brew, maintain quality, lead a small brewery team, manage production and inventory, and help determine what's coming out of our tanks next. You'll also oversee the logistics and relationships that keep our beer moving from the brewery to our restaurants and into the broader Indiana craft beer community.We're looking for someone who combines technical brewing knowledge with creativity, leadership, organization, and a willingness to get their hands dirty.If you want real ownership of a brewery operation without getting lost inside a massive production facility, we'd love to meet you.What You'll OwnBrewing, Production
