Strong understanding of the end-to-end testing process

Proactive, hands-on “get it done” attitude

Framework development: Candidate should have built/created test scripts and automation frameworks, not just executed existing scripts.

Mobile automation: Look for mobile app testing/automation experience. Since the manager specifically confirmed Selenium WebDriver/Python, clarify whether they expect a separate mobile framework/tool.

Automation-heavy: Ideally candidates should spend most of their recent experience in automation rather than manual QA.
