Well established and reputable General Contractor $40M - Multifamily Project About Our Client This general contractor has over 35 years experience and a strong reputation for building commercial and multifamily projects throughout the state of Florida Job Description Responsible for a detailed project plan and schedule Prepare and manage budget Liasion between owner to include all project updates. Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to ground up construction Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications. Work collaboratively with project engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Manage manpower planning, material deliveries, and equipment needs. Identify and resolve field issues promptly and effectively. Assist in coordinating inspections and ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Report progress and field conditions to project management.
