NOW HIRING | CREDIT & COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST ROLE: Credit & Collections Specialist LOCATION: Denver, CO COMPANY: Confidential PAY: $25.00/hour WORK ENVIRONMENT: 100% onsiteAbout the RoleOur client, a confidential, established organization, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Credit & Collections Specialist to support accounts receivable operations, manage customer accounts, and drive timely payments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building customer relationships, and maintaining accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer accounts, accounts receivable aging reports, and account reconciliationsFollow up on outstanding balances and secure timely paymentsIdentify credit risks, resolve billing discrepancies, and flag potential bad debtsPrepare and distribute customer invoices, statements, and management reportsMonitor overdue accounts and recommend corrective actions as neededCollaborate with internal teams to improve collections processes and payment timelinesAssist with customer credit checks and additional accounts receivable projects as neededWhat We’re Looking ForAssociate degree or 4+ years of relevant collections experienceAccounts receivable experience requiredStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with ERP systems or route accounting is a plusExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversightCustomer service and payment negotiation experience is a plus
