Position: Export Finance Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate

CTC: Rs. 3,85,600/- - Rs. 4,11,600/-

Hike will be given based on years of experience, skillsets and performance in the interview

Working Days:

Mon. to Sat. (Only 01 or 2 Saturdays in a month is off will be discuss in interview round)

Working Time:

9.30 am to 6.30 pm.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Finance Executive to manage export finance, receivables,

inventory accounting, export incentives, and MIS reporting. The candidate will also support general

accounting functions and other finance-related activities as assigned by senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting activities, including invoice accounting, journal entries,

reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks.

• Maintain export remittance records and monitor realization of export proceeds.

• Record export-related accounting transactions, including foreign exchange gain/loss entries

in Tally Prime.

• Track customer receivables and prepare ageing analysis reports.

• Reconcile customer accounts, export remittances, and bank transactions.

• Monitor and maintain records of IGST refunds, Duty Drawback claims, and other export

incentives.

• Prepare MIS reports related to export collections, receivables, inventory, and finance

operations.

• Maintain inventory and stock records in Tally Prime and perform periodic reconciliations.

• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital reporting.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Maintain proper electronic and physical filing systems export Payments records.

• Undertake additional responsibilities within the Finance & Accounts function as required by

the organization.
