Key Responsibilities

• Field Engagement: Visit prospective businesses, SMEs, and accounting firms across Bengaluru to present EasyTax solutions.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct live, hands-on software demos tailored to client workflow requirements.
• Deal Closure: Drive end-to-end sales pipelines, from lead qualification to final conversion and onboarding.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with business owners and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, field sales, or direct business development (passionate freshers with strong sales acumen are welcome to apply).

Communication Skills: Professional fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.

Domain Knowledge: A background in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or ERP/SaaS sales is strongly preferred.

Mindset: Highly self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
