<p></p><p><b>FABRIC STORE IN-CHARGE </b> </p> <p></p> <p><b>Urgent Hiring – Fabric Store In-Charge<br /> Industry: Home Furnishing &amp; Accessories Export House<br /> Location: Faridabad<br /> Gender: Male Preferred<br /> Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Relevant Field)<br /> Experience: 4–8 Years </b> </p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities </b><br /> Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, raw materials, and finished goods.<br /> Track inward and outward material using ERP/Tally/SAP/WFX.<br /> Verify materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.<br /> Ensure only QA-approved materials are accepted into stock.<br /> Issue raw materials to production as per approved production plans.<br /> Maintain minimum stock levels and coordinate monthly procurement requirements.<br /> Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.<br /> Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Delivery Challans (DC), Stock Transfer Notes (STN), and related documentation.<br /> Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, and Export departments for smooth material flow.<br /> Ensure export packing and labeling comply with buyer specifications.<br /> Handle Better Cotton Program (BCP) Trade Claims (TCs) and maintain Mass Balance records.<br /> Prepare documentation for supply chain compliance and audit requirements.<br /> Monitor scrap, rejection, and stock disposal with management approval.<br /> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. </p> <p><b>Required Skills </b><br /> Experience in Fabric Store Management<br /> Knowledge of Inventory Control &amp; Store Operations<br /> Hands-on experience with Tally, SAP, WFX, or similar ERP software<br /> Knowledge of GRN, DC, STN &amp; stock documentation<br /> Experience in Export House operations preferred<br /> Understanding of Better Cotton Program (BCP), Trade Claims &amp; Mass Balance will be an added advantage<br /> Good coordination, documentation, and reporting skills<br /> <b><br /> Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience) </b> </p>
