Our experience centre enables clients to experience their floor plans through 1:1 projection and immersive design visualization , helping them understand spaces, layouts, furniture placement, circulation and functionality before construction.

We are looking for a Junior Architect who can combine architectural understanding with strong client interaction skills and contribute to an exceptional experience at our centre.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Technical

• Study and understand client floor plans before projection sessions.
• Prepare and organize plans for 1:1 projection sessions.
• Conduct live design modifications during client projection sessions.
• Advise clients on space planning, functionality and usability.
• Explain circulation, furniture placement, lighting and spatial considerations.
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers whenever required.
• Review drawings received from consultants before studio sessions.
• Prepare revised concept sketches after projection sessions, wherever applicable.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency in drawings and design documentation.

Client Experience

• Guide clients through their floor plans and design options.
• Explain architectural and design decisions in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Help clients compare different layout and design possibilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality and usability.
• Recommend relevant Dream Space Hub services based on client requirements.

Studio Administration

• Maintain the drawing library and relevant design documentation.
• Maintain CAD templates and standard drawing resources.
• Coordinate with the technical team regarding drawing and system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans and space planning.
• Working knowledge of CAD and commonly used architectural design tools.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain design concepts clearly.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients.
• Ability to make quick and practical design modifications during live sessions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to support client-facing and business-development activities when required.

Language Requirements

Mandatory: English & Telugu

Preferred: Hindi
