Location : LUDHIANA, PUNJAB

Joining Date : 25 th September 2026

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our premium retail store at Ludhiana, Punjab . The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-first approach, and proven experience in driving retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly & annual targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client relationship management.
• Maintain VM standards as per brand guidelines.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment & shrinkage control.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Analyze KPIs like conversion, ATV, UPT & SPSF.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of retail experience (preferably in premium/luxury segment) as Store Manager.
• Strong communication in English & team management skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable personality.
• Comfortable working in a high-footfall premium location.
• Work Timings 11:00am - 8:00pm.
