We're Hiring: Sales Executive | WallDecor Pro

Bangalore (On-Site) | Full-Time | 1–3 Years Experience

At WallDecor Pro, we help homeowners, businesses, and interior spaces come to life with premium wallpapers, wall panels, and customized décor solutions. As we continue to grow across Bangalore, we're looking for a Sales Executive who can build relationships, close deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Own

→ Generate and qualify new sales leads

→ Meet homeowners, interior designers, architects, and commercial clients

→ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

→ Conduct site visits and client meetings across Bangalore

→ Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales

→ Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience

What We Need

→ 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development

→ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

→ Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset

→ Ability to build long-term client relationships

→ Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

→ Based in Bangalore and available for a full-time on-site role

Bonus

→ Experience in interior décor, home improvement, furniture, construction, or real estate sales

→ Existing network with architects, interior designers, or builders

→ Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management

→ Two-wheeler and valid driving license
