Personal Assistant to Founder & CEO

Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, meetings, priorities, and correspondence across time zones • Travel with the CEO for business across the GCC, Europe, and beyond — handling all logistics end-to-end • Coordinate with vendors, production partners, logistical partners, and external collaborators; track and follow through on deliverables • Assist with ZAVI production timelines and monitor deadlines across the company; work closely with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery • Capture quality on-ground photos and videos for ZAVI’s social media channels and the Founder’s personal social channels • Provide attentive childcare support for the CEO’s young child during travel • Manage home affairs and oversee household staff on behalf of the CEO • Run personal errands and provide lifestyle support as required Requirements: • Must be based in Mumbai • Has a history of receiving international visas (any country); comfortable travelling independently, with the family, and at short notice • Good eye for social media content with the ability to independently capture quality photos and videos • Prior experience as a PA, EA, or in a household/childcare management role is a plus • Strong written and spoken English • Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, communication, and coordination Personality • Warm, patient, and genuinely good with young children • Highly organised and proactive — you anticipate needs before they are voiced • Discreet and trustworthy with personal and professional matters • Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change • Curious about fashion, sustainability, or brand-building
