About the job We are looking for a skilled Facebook Ads Expert to manage and scale our campaigns for an e-commerce brand. The right person should have hands-on experience with D2C brands and strong knowledge of the Facebook ads ecosystem. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive sales Monitor and optimize campaigns for best performance and ROAS Analyze data and share clear performance reports Understand product, audience, and market to create winning ad strategies Run experiments, audience testing, and creative testing Stay updated with the latest Meta ads trends and tools Requirements 1 to 6 years of Facebook Ads experience (D2C/e-commerce is a must) Strong command of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager tools Experience in scaling campaigns with good ROI Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and events setup Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Clear communication and teamwork skills Salary ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance) If you understand e-commerce ads, love experimenting, and can deliver performance, we would like to meet you.
