Technical & Back-End Skill
Strong C# expertise across. NET Framework and. NET 8 (including async/await, LINQ). Experience with Arc Objects (e.g., IFeature Class, ITopological Operator) and Arc GIS Pro SDK (Arc GIS. Core. Geometry/Data) Solid understanding of GIS concepts: spatial data modeling, coordinate systems, geospatial analysis. Performance optimization: cursor handling, memory management, COM cleanup. Python scripting and server configuration (Windows/Linux).
Front-End Skills
Web technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script, j Query Basic graphics/Open GL programming
Database Skills
Oracle Spatial, SQL, and PL/SQL Spatial database design and administration
Domain Skills
Experience with Arc GIS and Arc GIS Pro Data conversion across formats (XML, JSON, shapefiles) Map rendering (vector/raster), ICAO-compliant symbology and layering Computational geometry
Core Responsibilities
Migrate legacy Arc Objects-based code to Arc GIS Pro Core Host (Arc GIS. Core). Modernize aviation GIS workflows for airport features (runways, taxiways, networks). Develop and optimize geometry processing (buffer, intersect, union, reprojection). Build automated data import/export pipelines (shapefiles, geodatabases, Oracle). Develop headless CLI/console applications with Python/Arc Py integration.
