Salary Range: $115k - $130k

WHAT OUR GENERAL MANAGERS DO:Control day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering, and developing restaurant team membersSupport profit & loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actionsRecruit, interview, and hire staff, motivate and train team, and take disciplinary actions, as neededEnsure fully staffed, fully trained, and fully performing locationOversee and adhere to local health and safety codes, as well as company-wide safety and security policiesFollow the preventative maintenance program for facility, equipment, appliances, fixtures, etc.Lead a culture of safety and promote a positive working environmentDrive the company goals and objectives for creating a best-in-class guest experienceSupport the Managing Partner in addressing guest reviews and ensuring exceptional guest experiencesMaintain and ensure all products are consistent with company quality standards and recipes xzbcwsv Partner with and complete timely execution of marketing initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE AN ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:Flexibility to work in either DC, MD or VAExperience in high volume restaurants, with a minimum of one to two years preferredStrong understanding of restaurant operationsRobust financial aptitude in respect to business operationsPassion for hospitalityAbility to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds, as neededCapable of continuous bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and use of hands and armsAbility to lead and develop a teamBe caring, self-motivated, and exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellenceHospitality degree preferred
