Sales Executive - Full-Cycle (Commission-Based Only / India)

We are Personade. We make personalised videos at scale. Our newest product is Personade for Slack: an HR team films their CEO or CXO once, and from then on every employee gets a personal video from them on their birthday, their work anniversary, and their first day. Their real face, their real voice, the employee's real name. No filming ever again. Upload once and never again.

Companies love it because it feels human. HR loves it because it runs itself.

We need someone to put it in front of HR and People teams in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.

What you will do

•⁠ ⁠Find HR, People Ops and Culture leaders at companies with 50 to 1,000 staff

•⁠ ⁠Reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone

•⁠ ⁠Book demos, and close the small ones yourself

•⁠ ⁠Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM

•⁠ ⁠Tell us what you hear. Objections are worth as much to us as deals.

How you get paid

This is commission only. No base, no cap.

You keep 40% of everything your customer pays us for their first 12 months. Paid monthly, as they pay. Close a company in March, and you earn from that account every month until next March.

•⁠ ⁠No limit on how many accounts you can close

•⁠ ⁠Paid in USD by Wise on the 11th of every month

•⁠ ⁠Your accounts stay yours. If they add seats or upgrade during that year, your 40% goes up with it.

•⁠ ⁠At 12 months the account moves to our books and your commission on it ends. Everything you earned before that is yours.

Our Yearly tool Pricing are: $1,490, $3,990, and $9,990.

Most teams pick the middle plan. If they pay for the year, that is $1,596 (40% of $3,990) to you, in one payment. Sell two of those in a month and you made $3,192. An Org deal on a yearly term pays you $3,996 on its own.

Who we want

•⁠ ⁠2+ years selling B2B, ideally SaaS, to Western buyers

•⁠ ⁠Clear written and spoken English. You will be on calls with Americans and Brits.

•⁠ ⁠You have done cold outbound before and did not hate it

•⁠ ⁠You can work some hours that overlap US or UK mornings

•⁠ ⁠Based in India, with your own laptop and stable internet

Who this is not for

•⁠ ⁠First sales job. We cannot train you from zero on commission.

•⁠  ⁠Anyone who needs a guaranteed monthly number to feel safe. That is a fair thing to need. It is just not this role.
