Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CC& B / C2 M Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC& B) and/or Customer to Meter (C2 M) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Oracle CC& B / C2 M applications based on business requirements. Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) components. Work with business objects, service scripts, zones, algorithms, UI maps, portals, and related CC& B/C2 M components. Design and develop integrations between CC& B/C2 M and external applications using appropriate integration frameworks and technologies. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related components. Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, defect resolution, and production support. Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide root-cause analysis. Prepare technical specifications and maintain appropriate technical documentation. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, QA teams, and other technical teams. Participate in code reviews and follow established development and deployment standards. Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills

5–6 years of experience in Oracle Utilities development. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle CC& B and/or C2 M. Good knowledge of OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework). Experience with: Business Objects Service Scripts Algorithms UI Maps Zones Portals BPA Scripts Configuration and customization Strong SQL/PLSQL skills and experience with Oracle databases. Experience developing and troubleshooting integrations. Good understanding of utility industry processes such as Customer Management, Billing, Payments, Metering, and Service Orders. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Good communication and collaboration skills.
