Grading Foreman

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate grading and pipe crew activities.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.Read construction plans and coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce scheduling.Maintain daily records of crew hours, materials, and equipment usage.Coordinate with other foremen, subcontractors, and DOT personnel.

Key Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grade Foreman in heavy civil construction and/or highway projects.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.Knowledge of GPS technology and safety certifications is a plus.
