Location - Patna. Job description - Manage the Retail Agency channel across 2 states - Bihar & Jharkhand. Drive recruitment, training, and performance of teams and partners. Build new partnerships and grow existing business. Coordinate with Underwriting, Claims, and other stakeholders. Own P&L, track market trends, and resolve issues.
