Role Description-

We're Hiring: Social Media Managers (3+ Years Experience)

We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Managers who understands content, trends, and execution - not just someone who schedules posts and calls it strategy.

If you've worked on real brands, handled pages end-to-end, and can think beyond templates, this role is for you.

Role: Social Media Manager

Experience: 3+ Years( 1 year Agency Experience)

Location: Delhi

Salary: 6-9 LPA (based on capability, not just experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) end-to-end

Planning and executing content calendars

Writing sharp captions - not generic, boring copy

Coordinating with designers/video editors for creatives

Spotting and acting on trends quickly (reels, formats, hooks)

Running basic ad campaigns (Meta/Google is a plus)

Tracking performance and improving content based on insights

Being proactive - not waiting to be told every small task

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of actual social media handling experience (agency or brand side)

Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn content (this is non-negotiable)

Good writing skills (clear, engaging, and to the point)

Basic understanding of reels/video content

Someone who follows trends and doesn't need hand-holding

Bonus: Experience in running ads or working with influencers
