Below is the Job Description (JD). This role is fully onsite, five days a week, for our Client, located at 101 Church Street NY.
This is NOT a traditional System Admin / support / ticket-management role. The earlier candidates were rejected primarily because they were too operational/admin-focused and not technical enough.
Ideal profile is closer to: Senior Technical SaaS Platform Lead / CLM Technical Owner / Integration-focused System Architect-Admin hybrid
