GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Project Manager, will be required to follow schedules and complete Design / Drawing work in collaboration with Project Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Project Manager in setting and meeting quality of design and technical standards.
• Maintain and Coordinate Revit Architecture model per PM direction.
• Assist in coordination of the deliverables of the Working Drawings
• Ensure all deadlines are met as specified by the project manager; and if necessary, give adequate notice if issues are unresolved.
• Other duties may be assigned by LALP.
• CAD / Sketch up / Photoshop is a plus.

• Ability to manage time, deadline oriented, and takes initiative (self-starter).

• Strong organizational skills and disciplined accuracy are required.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and on their own.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree (B. Arch)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent proficiency over Revit Architecture
• Experience in Photoshop, Sketch up, AutoCAD is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required, particularly Excel is a must.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Requires oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate in English.
