Role:

We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

What You'll Do

• Guide working professionals in choosing the right IIT/IIM programs aligned with their career goals.

• Own the complete enrollment journey—from lead nurturing and relationship building to follow-ups and successful closures.

• Deliver personalized career counseling with a consultative and student-first approach.

• Drive conversions and contribute directly to business growth.

What We're Looking For

• 2–7 years of B2 C Inside Sales experience (Ed Tech, Education, Academic Counseling, or similar industries preferred).

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.

• Strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Passion for counseling, consultative selling, and helping learners succeed.
