About the RoleLead the design, development, integration and deployment of AI-driven agent solutions. Hands-on experience building and orchestrating AI agents, integrating LaunchDarkly for feature management and controlled rollouts, and implementing strong telemetry and observability.

Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Development & Orchestration
Lead design and development of AI agents and agentic workflows.Build workflows involving LLMs, tool calling, APIs and external systems.Design scalable agent architectures with error handling, fallbacks and performance controls.Integrate agents into enterprise applications and existing platforms.LaunchDarkly Integration & Feature Management
Lead LaunchDarkly integration into AI-enabled applications and services.Implement feature flags, progressive rollouts, canary releases and controlled deployments.Configure targeting and environment-specific feature management.Use flags to manage rollout, testing and evaluation of AI capabilities across user groups.Telemetry, Observability & Monitoring
Build observability for AI agents and distributed applications: structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics.Track agent execution flows, tool calls, latency, errors and reliability.Build dashboards, alerts and diagnostics; support production troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Required Skills
10–15 years in software engineering, platform engineering or solution development.Hands-on experience building AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered enterprise apps.Strong grasp of agent orchestration, LLM integrations, tool calling, workflow management and API integrations.Practical LaunchDarkly experience: feature flagging, targeting, controlled rollouts, lifecycle management.Strong telemetry and observability: logging, metrics, tracing, monitoring.Hands-on experimentation and A/B testing.Technical documentation: architecture diagrams, design docs, integration specs.Strong fundamentals in API design, distributed systems and integration patterns.Technical leadership, design/code reviews and team guidance.Preferred Skills
Financial services, banking, wealth management or payments experience.LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or similar.OpenTelemetry or similar observability frameworks.AWS, Azure, or GCP.CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes and DevOps.AI evaluation, prompt management, and model performance monitoring. xzbcwsv Governance, auditability, access controls, and security for enterprise AI.Experimentation platforms and product analytics.
