Project Manager, Operational Readiness Testing

What You’ll OwnYou’ll have the opportunity to coordinate Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities, the checkpoints that confirm a new system or process is ready to go live, across multiple stakeholder groups.You’ll drive deliverables from start to finish, keeping timelines, dependencies, and action items visible and moving.You’ll spot risks and issues early and work with the right people to resolve them before they affect the schedule.You’ll build clear, leadership-ready reports and PowerPoint presentations that give executives the status they need in minutes.You’ll track progress in JIRA (a project tracking tool) and Power BI (Microsoft’s reporting and dashboard tool) so everyone works from the same picture.You’ll keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and accountable through steady, proactive communication.
What You BringMust-havesYou bring 3 to 5 years of project management or operational readiness experience, including managing deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.You bring advanced PowerPoint skills and a track record of presenting to executives.You bring hands-on experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting.You bring a self-starter mindset, with the organization and attention to detail to work independently and push initiatives forward.Nice-to-havesYou’ve supported large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover (the switch from an old system or process to a new one), or hypercare (the intensive support period after go-live).You’ve worked with several stakeholder groups at once and kept them aligned.
