About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead the commercial strategy and expansion of its innovative energy technology. This executive will be instrumental in defining and executing the global commercial strategy, with a focus on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term expansion. The role involves building and scaling the commercial organization, including sales, business development, strategic partnerships, marketing alignment, and commercial operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to personally develop executive relationships and lead major opportunities across various energy and industrial markets. They will also be responsible for establishing scalable approaches to pricing, deal structure, and commercial performance, as well as recruiting and developing a high-performing team. Candidates for the Chief Commercial Officer position should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive commercial experience in power generation, distributed energy, clean technology, industrial technology, energy infrastructure, or related markets. The role requires a proven track record in building or scaling a commercial function within a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or venture-backed organization, as well as experience in commercializing complex physical technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and established credibility within the US power and data center ecosystem, and experience with international commercialization is highly valued. An entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership style, along with executive-level business judgment, communication, and negotiation capabilities, are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced education preferred.
