What You'll Do The Appointment Escort provides personalized, compassionate support by safely accompanying residents to medical appointments, errands, and community outings while ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience. Beyond transportation, this role offers hands-on assistance tailored to each resident's needs, including mobility support, transfers, ambulation assistance, restroom and continence care, and other personal care services as required. Responsibilities: * Escort residents safely to and from medical appointments and community outings

• Assist with transportation coordination and ensure timely arrival
