CloudArenas, a growing remote recruitment operation, is looking for a motivated International Recruiter to join its team. This is a remote role open to candidates based in Pakistan, and it is suited to someone who enjoys sourcing, screening, and connecting with people across borders.

Responsibilities

• You will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach, screen CVs and conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent to making offers and supporting onboarding.
• You will also maintain candidate records, track recruitment metrics, and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate has experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, and you are comfortable working across different time zones and international markets.
• You are self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once without losing track of details.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in Pakistan.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
