ASO ( Google Ads Marketer For Google Play Store Applications)

We are looking for an ASO & App Growth Manager with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Google Play Store app marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns exclusively for Android/Google Play Store apps
• Drive app installs, user acquisition, and growth through Google Ads
• Perform ASO (App Store Optimization) including keywords, title, short description, long description, screenshots, and conversion optimization
• Have strong knowledge of Google Play Console, including app releases, store listing, analytics, ratings/reviews, policy issues, and app performance
• Understand AdMob monetization, including AdMob Mediation/Waterfall and ad revenue optimization
• Analyze campaign performance, CPI, retention, conversion rates, ROAS and overall app growth
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns, creatives, audiences, and store listings
• Work closely with the development and monetization teams to improve app performance and revenue

What We’re Looking For:

• Practical, hands-on experience rather than purely theoretical knowledge
• Strong understanding of Google Ads + Google Play Console + ASO + AdMob
• Experience specifically with Android/Play Store applications
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and make data-driven growth decisions
