Job ResponsibilitiesProtect policyholder interests in litigated workers' compensation matters through settlement or decisionHandle complex litigation and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with policyholdersProvide case status updates, recommendations, and legal guidance to policyholders and claims staffBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Job Requirements xzbcwsv Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in New JerseyWorkers' compensation experience, including multiple jurisdictionsStrong negotiation, communication, and writing skills
