Account Executive

Job Description – Accounts Executive Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Jubilee Hills Road No 5, Hyderabad Preferred Industry: Logistics Background About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of invoicing, ledger management, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates with prior experience in the Logistics/Transportation industry will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process customer and vendor invoices accurately and on time. Maintain and reconcile customer, vendor, and general ledgers. Perform bank, customer, and vendor account reconciliations. Record daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate bookkeeping. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable. Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to resolve account-related queries. Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities. Support internal and external audits as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong hands-on experience in invoicing, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and bookkeeping. Proficiency in any Accounting ERP and MS Excel. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Candidate Experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy. Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
