Senior NetSuite ERP Transformation Lead

ProvoxGlobal is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements for a NetSuite ERP implementation for a U.S.-based industrial manufacturing client. You will work with the leadership team to map current operations, define future-state processes, and translate needs into BRDs and functional specs.

You will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, and the implementation partner, applying BPMN and process-mapping techniques, and ensuring alignment with ERP best practices.
