I’m recruiting a Project Manager for an employee-owned commercial general contractor with a strong presence in the Triangle.
They’re growing their Raleigh team and want a PM who can run projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, subcontractors and the client relationship.
Compensation
$95,000 to $120,000 base, depending on experienceAnnual bonusStock ownership through the company ESOP401(k) with profit sharing

What they’re looking for
3 to 5 years as a Project Manager or Assistant PM with a commercial GCExperience on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing or hospitality projectsStrong with budgets, buyout, change orders and schedulesComfortable running OAC meetings and managing trade partnersProcore and MS Project experience preferredOSHA 30 preferred
