We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management (FM) company, overseeing a team of 4 engineers across a large site in Hatfield. The Role:
Supervise and lead a team of 4 engineers across a large site.
Oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance and ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with relevant regulations and procedures.
Support and develop the engineering team while maintaining excellent service delivery.
Liaise with the wider facilities management team and site stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in an electrical maintenance or supervisory role.
Strong electrical maintenance knowledge within a commercial or facilities management environment.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach to maintenance, compliance and team management.
