Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Teamcenter architecture, server-side and client-side customization, integrations with enterprise systems, and end-to-end PLM solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Siemens Teamcenter solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, RAC, and Active Workspace.
- Configure and customize Teamcenter business objects, workflows, lifecycles, and access controls.
- Develop and support Teamcenter integrations with CAD systems (NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks) and enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle ERP, and MES systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter production issues.
- Perform data migration and upgrade activities across Teamcenter versions.
- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and solution architects.
- Prepare technical design documents and provide effort estimates.
- Support deployment, testing, and production releases.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of overall experience in Teamcenter PLM.
Strong experience in:
- Teamcenter Architecture
- BMIDE
- ITK Customization
- SOA Development
- Active Workspace (AWC)
- RAC Customization
- Workflow & ACL Configuration
- Queries, Reports, and Forms
- Teamcenter Data Model
- Hands-on experience with:
- C/C++
- Java
- JavaScript
- XML
- SQL
- Experience in Teamcenter upgrades and migrations.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Teamcenter Manufacturing modules.
- Exposure to Teamcenter X.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Experience working with global engineering teams.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Teamcenter Certifications will be an added advantage.
