Role Description

The Senior Oracle EBS Apps Functional Executive is a full-time on-site evening shift role based in Rawalpindi. This position is responsible for leading functional analysis, configuration, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite modules, with a focus on core financial modules and related applications. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes to Oracle EBS functionality, and coordinating solution design with technical teams. The role involves managing integrations between Oracle Applications and other systems, performing system testing, and supporting end users through training and issue resolution. The Senior Executive also collaborates with stakeholders to identify process improvements, ensure system stability, and support ongoing enhancements aligned with CareCloud’s operational and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Business Process analysis and optimization, with experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Candidates should possess consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and solution recommendation in an Oracle EBS environment.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Oracle EBS core Financial and related Oracle Applications modules, including configuration, setup, and functional support.
• Candidates should possess skills in system Integration, working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data and process flows between Oracle EBS and other platforms.
• Relevant experience in Oracle EBS (preferably in a senior or lead functional role) within complex, process-driven organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including working with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Oracle certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments is beneficial.
