We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager – Growth & Acquisition

Experience: 3–6 Years | Kolkata

At INVESMATE Group, we're building a stronger performance-driven growth engine across multiple brands. We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid acquisition, solve campaign problems and scale what works.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Own budgets, targeting, campaign structure and scaling
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition
• Monitor and improve CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS & conversion rates
• Analyze campaign performance and identify the why behind the numbers
• Test audiences, creatives, offers and acquisition strategies
• Analyze the complete funnel: Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Customer
• Work with creative, content, sales and web teams to improve performance
• Use tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, conversion tracking and analytics

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR--

Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Meta Ads | Google Ads | Lead Generation | Campaign Scaling | Analytics | Funnel Optimization
• Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, D2C or Performance Marketing Agencies is a plus.
