Your focus• Keep hiring moving, help new employees get established and guide managers through performance conversations.• Resolve employee concerns with sound judgment, careful documentation and consistent treatment.• Check payroll inputs, coordinate benefits matters with an outside provider and investigate discrepancies.• Deliver useful employee training in both languages and keep HR records, policies and reporting dependable.What will help you succeed• Experience taking responsibility for broad HR work, including recruiting, employee relations and payroll coordination.• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including written communication and leading training in either language.• Familiarity with employment requirements and the judgment to handle private employee matters carefully.• Availability for a full-time, on-site position in Cutler Bay.• Experience working with a PEO or ADP is valuable.
