Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to join its Neuroscience sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving product adoption and achieving business objectives within an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical acumen, consultative selling skills, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, build territory plans, and execute against sales goals in a highly competitive environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with neurologists, psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and other relevant healthcare professionals. Educate customers on approved products, disease states, and patient access resources in a compliant manner. Execute territory business plans designed to achieve or exceed sales objectives. Identify and engage key stakeholders across healthcare systems, clinics, and specialty networks. Collaborate with internal partners to support customer needs and optimize patient access. Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to drive strategic territory decisions. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, business activities, and sales performance metrics. Participate in meetings, training programs, conferences, and other professional development activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related sales experience preferred. Experience calling on specialists and/or other healthcare providers is highly desirable. Prior Neuroscience experience is a plus. Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and building customer relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and territory management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Preferred Background We are interested in candidates ranging from emerging pharmaceutical sales professionals to experienced specialty representatives with demonstrated success in complex selling environments. Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, rare disease, neurology, psychiatry, central nervous system (CNS), or other specialty markets is particularly valued. Additional Information This field-based position requires regular travel throughout the assigned geography, including occasional overnight travel.
