Role Summar

y We are looking for a commercially driven Merchandising Manage r with end-to-end P& L ownershi p experience to drive category growth, profitability, assortment planning, pricing, inventory management, and vendor partnerships

Key Responsibiliti es Own and manage category/business P& L. Drive merchandising strategy, assortment planning, pricing, and promotion s. Analyze sales, customer, and market trends to identify growth opportunitie s. Manage inventory, stock turns, sell-through, and markdown optimizatio n. Lead vendor negotiations and commercial partnership s. Collaborate with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations team s. Track category performance and drive revenue and margin improvement

Candidate Prof ile MBA from a Tier-1 instit ute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, JBIMS, or equivalen t).8-10 ye ars of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Buying, Retail, or E-commer ce. Proven track record of managi ng P& L responsibilit i es. Strong analytical, financial, and negotiation skil ls. Experience in Retail, Fashion, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods preferr
