Civil/Site Engineering - Regional Manager

Location: Central to North-Central New Jersey (Remote)Experience: 8+ years
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to support the growth of an established engineering consulting organization in New Jersey. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong civil/site engineer looking to expand into client relationship management, project leadership, and business development while continuing to leverage their engineering expertise.
Working remotely from Central or North-Central New Jersey, you will collaborate with internal engineering teams and company leadership to support land development projects, strengthen client relationships, and expand the organization's regional presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport civil/site design, grading, and land development projects.Prepare and review engineering plans and technical drawings using Civil 3D.Serve as a technical resource for clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders.Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry contacts.Identify new project opportunities and contribute to regional business growth.Coordinate with internal engineering and environmental teams to deliver quality project solutions.Assist with proposals, client development, and business development initiatives.Maintain regular communication with project teams and company leadership while working remotely.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.8+ years of experience in civil engineering, site design, or land development.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.Strong hands-on experience with civil/site design, grading, and Civil 3D.Demonstrated technical credibility and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.Career progression from hands-on engineering work toward project leadership or client-facing responsibilities.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Interest in combining technical engineering expertise with client relationship development and business growth.
