Indian Silk House Agencies is a 55-year-old ethnic wear retail brand with 66 stores across 60 cities . We have a strong offline retail presence along with a growing e-commerce platform, offering sarees, jewellery, kidswear and other ethnic products across India and internationally.

As we continue our national expansion, we are strengthening our Retail Operations team with process-driven professionals who can ensure smooth, consistent and efficient store operations across locations.

Job Role

The Process Associate – Retail Operations will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day store operations , ensuring process adherence, timely execution of business initiatives and smooth communication between the corporate office and retail stores.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong follow-up, coordination, reporting and execution skills, with a key focus on store operations, campaigns, SOP compliance and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stores on a daily basis regarding sales, operations, staffing, stock and other business requirements .
• Monitor and follow up on day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure timely communication and execution of business updates, policies, processes and operational guidelines across stores.
• Track store-level data including sales, stock movement, operational issues and compliance reports .
• Follow up with stores for daily/weekly reports, stock audits and other operational requirements.
• Coordinate and support stores in the execution of campaigns, promotions, launches and seasonal activities .
• Ensure campaigns and promotional activities are executed on time and as per the defined guidelines .
• Handle and resolve day-to-day operational queries raised by store teams and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs and retail processes across all stores.
• Document, update and circulate SOPs and process guidelines as required.
• Identify process gaps, operational deviations and recurring issues, and escalate them to the concerned stakeholders.
• Support the rollout of new or revised processes/SOPs and ensure proper implementation at store level.
• Maintain accurate records of store communications, follow-ups, reports and operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, VM, Marketing, Accounts and Supply Chain to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, store coordination, backend operations or process execution .
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting .
• Ability to manage multiple stores, priorities and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset .
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and ensure timely and accurate execution .
