Position Overview

Are you ambitious, relationship-driven, and looking to launch a career in sales? U.S. Legal Support is seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support business development efforts while learning the skills and strategies needed to advance into an Account Executive role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to gain hands-on experience working directly with clients and experienced sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with a Senior Account Executive to support territory growth and client engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up communications, outreach efforts, and pipeline support activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activity within the CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare sales materials, and assist with client presentations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of U.S. Legal Support's services, solutions, and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience and support sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • Strong desire to build a career in sales and business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional presence and confidence when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
