TeleCaller Freshers/Interns

Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident telephone manner. Basic customer service and client interaction skills, including active listening and polite, professional conduct. Ability to follow processes, scripts, and guidelines while handling multiple calls and updating information accurately. Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and office productivity software for call logs and reporting. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; current students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
