HCLTech is hiring Freshers for IT Audits and Access Management roles at Gurugram location.

Walk-In Interview Details:

• Venue: HCLTech Candor Tech Space Tower 11, 1 st Floor, Sector 21 Dundahera Village, Gurgaon, Haryana -

• Education: B.Com, BBA, BSC IT graduates only.
• Only Non-Technical Graduates are eligible.
• At least one IT certification is mandatory.
• Certifications may be in Cybersecurity, IAM, GRC, ServiceNow, CyberArk, SailPoint, LogicGate, Cloud, Networking, or any other IT-related domain.
• Candidates without an IT certification will not be considered.
• Technical degree holders are not eligible (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, Computer Science/IT/Engineering graduates).
• Freshers only. Experienced candidates are not eligible.
• Candidates awaiting results or pursuing a degree are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Access Management and Provisioning activities.
• Provide consultation and operational support to various business and product teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user access-related issues independently.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, Support, Engineering, and Vendor Management teams.
• Conduct IT audits of vendor operations and access controls to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Identify, assess, and report IT risks related to vendor access and operational processes.
• Review and evaluate controls for access management, data security, change management, and incident response.
• Document audit findings, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation efforts.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce control gaps.
• Present findings, share best practices, and support training and awareness initiatives.
