This individual will work closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. The Project Executive provides experience, leadership, and strategic guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through project closeout. Success is measured not only by project outcomes but also by consistently demonstrating Building Solutions' three core values:

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.Provide project updates and recommendations to owners and their boards.Coordinate project teams, resources, and weekly work assignments.Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.Oversee design teams, contractors, and other project stakeholders.Evaluate and negotiate costs for materials, equipment, and labor.Negotiate project contracts and agreements.Lead clients through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) procurement.Ensure client expectations are met and maintain strong client relationships.Oversee project closeout and coordinate the transition to facility management teams.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or a related field.Ideally, at least 10 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and Google Sheets.Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.A commitment to excellence, customer service, and building lasting client relationships.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $140,000 to $155,000 annuallyBuilding Solutions offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Annual performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 20% of base salary.Company vehicle or car allowance.Health insurance.Simple IRA retirement plan with an employer match of up to 3%.Four weeks of paid time off.Eight paid holidays annually.
Location and TravelThis position is based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Approximately 80% of our projects are located within 90 minutes of Milwaukee. Travel to project sites is required, with the frequency depending on client and project needs.
