The facility is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating in an outpatient setting. The clinic delivers primary care services to a diverse adult patient population and maintains structured clinical workflows consistent with FQHC standards. Each clinician is supported by an assigned medical assistant, and a physician is available on-site.

The area offers clinicians on assignment a range of entertainment, dining, and recreational options suited to varied interests. Live music venues, theater performances, food tours, and sporting events are available at destinations such as Golden 1 Center, Sutter Health Park, and the SAFE Credit Union Performing Arts Center. Family-oriented attractions, including Fairytale Town, an amusement park, and a zoo, are situated within close proximity to one another and surrounded by green space. Outdoor pursuits include kayaking, river rafting, biking, hiking, and scavenger hunts, and a farmers' market at Capitol Mall provides additional options during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site FQHC clinic, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule for a 40-hour week. Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions for a diverse adult patient population; pediatric cases are not included in the scope of this assignment. The expected caseload is 22-25 patients per day. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
