Job Description

We are looking for a BDS Doctor to join our Telemedicine team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dental consultations through phone/video platforms.
• Understand patients’ dental concerns, symptoms, and medical history.
• Provide appropriate preliminary dental advice and guidance.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Identify cases requiring in-person consultation and guide patients for further treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient consultation records and documentation.
• Provide professional and empathetic communication during consultations.
• Coordinate with the clinical team for referrals and follow-ups when required.

Eligibility

• BDS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid dental registration.
• 0–1 year of experience; freshers can apply.
• Good communication and patient counselling skills.
• Comfortable using digital/telemedicine platforms.
• Good knowledge of basic dental conditions and oral healthcare.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients.

Preferred Skills

• Telemedicine or teleconsultation exposure.
• Good English , Hind and Telugu communication skills.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
